Circuit books will be available at the meeting. Special delivery service began Oct. 1, 1885. Under Tidbits, The 20th right side up Jenny pane has been reported found in Ohio. That leaves 80 yet to be found. The 1856 British Guiana One-Cent Magenta will be going on exhibit at the Smithsonian. Megan J. Brennan will become the next postmaster general Feb. 1, 2015. U.S. stamps scheduled
For issue in November 2014 are the Christmas stamps.
